1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

1.2 Definitions

  • Account means a unique account created by you to access our Services or parts of our Services.
  • Company (also “we”, “us”, “our”) means 1 Euro Ventures, LLC, 43 Rainey St, Austin, TX 78701, United States.
  • Content means text, images, graphics, audio, video, code, features, templates, worksheets, dashboards, and other materials provided or made available through the Services.
  • Course means the Freedom to Launch Digital Course and any related digital curricula, modules, workshops, templates, or downloadable materials.
  • Order means a request by you to purchase the Course or other Services from us.
  • Services means the Site and all products and services provided by the Company, including the Course and any future subscription or membership services, communities, certifications, and events.
  • Site means our websites and web properties controlled by the Company.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Services, as applicable.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Services and set forth the rights and obligations of all users. By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Educational/Informational Only (Important Disclaimer). Our Services, including the Course, provide informational and educational content only. We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical services, and no part of the Services constitutes medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes. If you or a family member is in crisis (including suicidal ideation or self-harm), call your local emergency number immediately and seek licensed professional help.

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Placing Orders

By placing an Order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (b) all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; and (c) you are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted in writing.

We may refuse or cancel Orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Your Order Cancellation Rights / Refund Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Course, subject to all of the following conditions:
  • (a) You submit your refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase;
  • (b) You have completed at least 80% of the Course content as shown in your Account progress; and
  • (c) You can reasonably demonstrate that you implemented the Course strategies in good faith but did not obtain satisfactory results.

To request a refund, email us at support@1euroventures.com with your name, email, Order ID, and a brief description of how you completed the Course and implemented the guidance. We may request additional information to verify eligibility.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees, within a reasonable time. Except as expressly stated above, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating offerings. The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing, descriptions, availability, and promotions. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

6. Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an Order. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, duties, or other governmental charges, which you are responsible for paying.

7. Payments

You agree to pay all fees for Orders you place, including applicable taxes. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize our processor to charge the amount due.

8. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals (Future Services)

We may offer subscription or membership Services in the future (e.g., private parent community access, alumni circle, certification memberships). Subscription terms, billing cycles, renewal, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel a subscription as described at checkout or in your Account settings; cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Free Trials (If Offered)

We may, at our sole discretion, offer free trials. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trials at any time without notice. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may convert to a paid plan under the disclosed terms.

10. Promotions

Any promotions (discounts, coupons, bundles) are subject to the specific terms provided with the offer and may be modified or terminated at any time.

11. User Accounts

You may need an Account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your Account. You may not share your Account or transfer access to any third party. We may suspend or terminate Accounts for breach of these Terms.

12. Content; License and Acceptable Use

License to You. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course and Content for your own non-commercial educational purposes.

Restrictions. You will not (and will not permit others to): copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, perform, display, post, mirror, frame, scrape, rent, lease, sell, license, sublicense, make derivative works of, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Content or Services, except as expressly permitted in writing by the Company.

Community Standards (if applicable). You agree to be respectful and lawful in any community areas. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, doxxing, spam, illegal activity, or unauthorized solicitations. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

Feedback. If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate them without obligation to you.

13. Intellectual Property

The Services, Course, and Content are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of the Company or its licensors. No license or right is granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

14. Copyright Policy; DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with applicable law (including 17 U.S.C. §512). Copyright owners or agents who believe material available on or through the Services infringes a copyright may submit a notice to legal@1euroventures.com including: (a) signature of the owner/agent; (b) identification of the work; (c) identification of the infringing material and its location; (d) contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief; and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We may remove or disable access to alleged infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers’ Accounts.

15. Links to Other Websites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party sites, content, products, or services. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and governing law).

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the Course or Service that gave rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the event. The foregoing limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

18. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and defects and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company specifically disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

19. United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country embargoed by the United States and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. laws when using the Services.

20. International Users (Informational)

We primarily operate in the United States. We do not guarantee that the Services are appropriate or available in your jurisdiction. You access the Services at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer rights, these Terms are not intended to override those rights to the extent they cannot lawfully be waived.

21. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@1euroventures.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration (U.S.). Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, administered by a reputable arbitration provider under its rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Injunctive Relief. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

23. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.

24. Translation Interpretation

These Terms may be translated. The English version controls to the extent of any conflict.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

26. Electronic Communications; Notices

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Notices to the Company must be sent to support@1euroventures.com or to the mailing address below.
